This was a production which had to be handled very delicately and sensitively. I had to ensure that the school students involved were at peace and not overwhelmed by the process. I was the agency producer for this project and was responsible for hiring, negotiating, scheduling, budgeting, casting and finally managing the complete post production process while making profit for the client without compromising on quality.
