I was the agency producer for this project and was responsible for creating a 3 vendor bidding process, looking for the right production house in Capetown. Negotiating, scheduling, budgeting and finally managing the complete post production process while making profit for the client without compromising on quality. I had to ensure creatives expectations are met at all stages.
